That’s some pretty useful stuff!Fish oil comes from actual fish. You should use it in your diet because it is rich in omega-3 fatty acids.To get all of the benefits of fish-oil, use it daily. There are two forms you can get fish-oil in: liquid, and tablet. Liquid oil is the best way to take it because the liquid kinds have higher amounts of omega 2 fatty acids per dose. If you go with liquid, you need to refrigerate it after opening.You can buy your fish oil in a health food store, like GNC, or grocery stores like Whole Foods. It can be pretty expensive, about $30 per bottle.This is not a great tasting supplement. Actually, it tastes gross. You can get it in flavors though, like lemon, which helps some. If you want to get it over with take it by the spoonful, or else spread it onto salads or other foods to disguise the taste.Fish oil is a great product that really does what it claims to do. Sure it isn’t cheap, but look how great it is for you. That $30 is money well spent.
